The most popular games of poker are Texas Hold Em and Seven-Card Stud. In both these types of poker, you need to choose five cards that will represent your hands. The player that has the cards with the highest ranking wins.

In online poker, there are various types of possible hands.

In Royal Flush there are five cards which are suited in the same order that is from ten to ace (10, J, K, Q, A). Now if you are having a royal flush go for betting the house.

Then comes straight flush where five cards of the same order need to be suited but not necessary the highest. It can be 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as long it is five in a single row.

In Four of a Kind, four cards of the same value needs to be suited, like four queens or four sevens.

In a Full House, there has to be three cards of one value and two of any other values. Incase of a flush, five cards are needed to be of the same suit.

For a straight, there has to be five cards in a ranking order. When there are three matching cards of any suit it is termed at three at a kind.

Thus if you know all the types on playing online poker then it would become very much easy and you could be on a winning streak every time you play.
