Casinos are riding high in Macau

Online gambling is the talk of the town in Macau, more popularly known as the gambling capital of the world today. The city has been reported to have outshined Las Vegas and Sin City from its revenue generation through casinos.

The government shall be undergoing the process of estimation of the development of gambling industry in terms of total number of casinos, slot machines, additional table games, and would accordingly decide on the requirement of any further development or freezing of any new casino licenses and concessions. The lawmakers, nevertheless, are not considering any further expansion of this already developed casino gambling industry for some time. Even the current casinos shall not be entertained to expand their own casinos. However, this can also be helpful to them in a way that they shall not be foreseeing any more competitors in the near future, as the industry is already competing on a phenomenal rate.
